We have you covered when it comes to continuing education for appraisers and real estate brokers/salespersons. Our classes are open to members and non-members, but members get substantial discounts on all seminars.
Our Live/Online seminars are brought to you via Zoom, an interactive technology where you can see the teacher and other students and they can see you. It’s a virtual classroom! Our students love our Zoom classes.

- Courses under consideration by New York State Department of State are marked Pending Approval
- Attendance: 100% attendance is required for all courses, including qualifying courses and continuing education seminars.
- Costs: Costs advertised include books and handouts unless specified otherwise.
- Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be issued for a registration canceled 24 hours or more prior to the date/time of the event or in case of an emergency. The Society reserves the right to cancel any course for any reason, including if the course is not approved by New York State Department of State. Approval is not guaranteed.
