Continuing Education Seminar for Appraisers and Real Estate Professionals

This is a mandatory course for real estate brokers/salespersons renewing their licenses on or after 9/21/2022.

The course includes discussion of cultural competency and implicit bias. Cultural competency is defined as understanding cultural norms, preferences and challenges within our diverse communities. Implicit bias is defined as the attitudes or stereotypes that affect an individual’s understanding, actions and decisions in an unconscious manner.
