Join us for our Hands-On UAD 3.6 Report Training Seminar, practical, interactive class designed to teach appraisers how to complete a 2-family appraisal report in UAD 3.6 format from start to finish. During the seminar, the instructor will complete an entire 2-family sample appraisal report LIVE on a large screen, section by section, while explaining the UAD 3.6 fields, dropdown menus, dynamic sections, commentary requirements, and reporting changes in real time.
Approved for 7 Hours of NYS CE Credit for Real Estate Appraisers.
