This 4-hour program is designed to assist the appraiser and realtor in understanding the changes that will be made to the current URAR/UAD. It will explain how all appraisal types will be completed on a new multi-page form that requires more detailed information and analysis. We will discuss each required entry as well as how Collateral Underwriting will score the appraisal once it has been submitted and how the appraiser is impacted if not successfully transmitted.
