Membership in the Society is open to all individuals who have an interest in the real estate or real estate appraisal profession.

Join us at the Candidate level if you are a licensed real estate appraiser or licensed real estate salesperson in New York*, or apply as Certified Residential Appraiser, Certified General Appraiser or Licensed Real Estate Broker if you are a certified appraiser or licensed broker in New York*. If you are in a related field, such as banker, attorney, mortgage broker, home inspector, etc., join us as an Affiliate.

*If you are licensed or certified in a state other than New York, please call for additional information.

Joining is easy! Fill out the form below, and you are all set. Your membership begins on the date of application and automatically renews annually as long as you wish to remain a member.
